Payroll
We do not manage the company, however, we manage compensation and payroll. In detail, we take care of employment guidelines such work hours to termination employee contracts. We handle reimbursement, expenses, bonuses and other statutory requirements.
Tax/ law Issues
Since international companies do not comprehend Korean laws, our law office takes care of local/social tax. Also, we place each individual under Korean mandatory insurance policy.

This means the international company is not taxed but the employees. The only deposit the international company should remember is,

Individual Korean Salary = Base salary + Statutory Contributions (Bonuses) + Others + Tax + PEO service
Training period is from a month to three months maximum in Korea.
For termination, there are 2 options in Korea.
Option A) The employer has to give a least 30-day notice.
Option B) Severance pay. It is a regulation that the employer pays the employee 30days of salary as a immediate termination. It applies both to Koreans and foreigners.
Also, there is another severance Korean law for both Korean and foreigners that they can receive a month’s salary for each year they are employed in that company as of a retirement system.
